First, every day, affirm the beauty and joy of life. Take a few minutes to look around, you will find a lot of evidence to prove that beauty is everywhere. In the sunrise or sunset, slowly sipping a cup of coffee; walking outside, listening to birds in the trees and gazing at the clouds in the sky; barefoot walking among the cobblestone paths, occasionally stopping to smell the fragrance of roses.
Second, action to do something. When faced with tragedy and suffering, they will increase our pressure. To participate in volunteer activities at this time is the best method of treatment. When helping others, you are also helping yourself at the same time. A recent study shows that the brain's "pleasure center" becomes active again because of our participation in the action.
Third, ignoring the television and radio news programs. See some movies you never seen, or watch and listen to some of the programs that will make you happy.
Fourth, get to know your neighbors. A good neighbor relations and a sense of community will increase the sense of security. You can picnic with the neighbors, sitting in front of the door to have conversation. Friendship is quietly generating in the daily details.
